I attended the centre as I have an interest in energy healing. I personally do not have any issues health wise. I chose the overnight session to fit in with friends and to enjoy the experience with others. The facility was excellent for what we needed, minimal, warm, clean and our hosts were charming. We all slept very well and next morning we all felt the need to ground ourselves, walking on the grass and hugging a nearby tree. Three days later I am still having to ground myself consciously as I am walking around in a blissed state (which is not unpleasant). I would recommend willingly if anyone asks or if I felt they would benefit from the environment.

After only 8 hours in the system I have noticed that I no longer ache in my yoga class. All the joints in my body have been achy for the past 3 and a half years due to a combination of long Covid and menopause. I feel my suppleness and strength returning at last!

I am a survivor of Sexual abuse. Long term abuse from 3 1/2 to 57yrs.
These traumas have impacted every aspect of my life. I used my 2 hr session to meditate and release any and all trauma. By the time I went home, I felt like I could fly. I felt light as a feather. I was able to forgive the people that hurt me. I can move on with my life. 🤍🙏
