I spent one hour in the Light System at Healthy Body Healthy Soul, and I’d like to share what I experienced. Many years ago, I had a surgery, and I did not get a bath or shower for a few days. When you are sick, you just don’t have the strength to do it. When you finally do, the relief and catharsis of that hot shower leaves you feeling more clean and alive than you thought you could ever feel. That’s the way I felt after that hour in the Light System. Clean on the inside and the outside. I can’t wait to go back, and I hope I see you there.

I have been going to Healthy Body Healthy Soul for at least 3 years. I heard that they had an upgrade, to a 32 screen Light System, so I went for my birthday, on 11/11 and to my surprise, I laid down for 3 hours and I immediately fell asleep, and I slept so hard that I felt like I couldn’t get up. It was so relaxing, and this was the deepest sleep that I’d had compared to the last several years. I returned again on 11/15 and went even deeper than the last time and felt like I’d had a full body massage. I have also been sleeping much better at night and waking up with a lot of energy. The upgrade is apparently working really great in my opinion and I would encourage others to try it.

My doctor recommended the system to help with ringing in my ears. It helps my ears but to my surprise it improved my quality of sleep stress levels and vision. My vision went from 20/35 to 20/25. The staff at the Loving Light center Dani Frannie and Gabi are a friendly helpful knowledgeable team!
