So first off, Tracy at The Remedy is just such a kind and warm soul. I go on her days for veterans and absolutely love it. There's almost no words, but I will try. I didn't have a specific thing in mind for healing, I was just curious. I'll tell you, I'm terrible at meditating and I don't take naps. Usually I don't nap because I have sleep paralysis. Come to think of it, I don't think I've struggled with that since I started going. But the way I am instantly able to nap is unreal to me. It feels like I'm in an area where the power has gone out and the world is finally still. The Remedy has brought me so much peace. And Tracy's place is so relaxing!
