I spent 2 hours in The Light System at HBHS and my ankles have not looked like this for a long time. My upper thighs still have some way to go, but I have been so sedentary, and I am now going to be able to walk. I can reach around to my back and you can see my collar bones. But more than anything, I can breathe without feeling like an elephant is on my chest. You can actually see the muscles in my legs and I haven’t been able to see this in over 1 year! I hobbled into Frannie and Dani's "Loving Light Regeneration Spa", as my left arch had been cutting into me, like a knife, from sciatica. I situated myself in a comfy recliner chair, surrounded by TV screens showing vibrating patterns, soothing music, lava stones, and little bottles emitting steam. Frannie handed me a cozy blanket and whispered, "enjoy". The next 4 hours were spent sleeping, waking to establish my surroundings, and falling right back to sleep. I awoke, feeling more rested than I had felt in YEARS. Upon standing up, I suddenly realized that I did not feel like a knife was slashing my arch! De ervaring van gisteren: het is een hele mooie ruimte met fauteuils en een soort matrassen. Er staan 4 apparaten in de hoek die frequenties en kleuren verspreiden. Het eerste uur was vrij heftig, het tweede uur een stuk lichter. Toen ik klaar was bulkte ik van de energie. M'n rugpijn was bijna helemaal weg en m'n hoofdpijn was minder. Ik heb wel heel heftig gedroomd vanacht. Het is een manier van het systeem om opnieuw ervaringen te herbeleven, zodat je ze los kan laten. I wanted to experience the EES therapy just to see what it was all about. After my 2 hour session I felt rested, but then the rest of the week I felt as if my batteries had been recharged. I understand that this could be because my little mitochondria, the cell's batteries, were recharged. And after a salt bath as recommended for cleansing, I felt clean as well.
