I love going to Frannie’s quick witted humor light workshop in the EESystem. She totally disarms the ego to prepare to relax in the environment of light therapy. She teaches you not taking yourself so seriously by doing various fun exercises. Frannie makes u realize the behaviors that make u stuck in life and disarms them thru humor. Humor and EESystem light therapy heals!

The workshop allows you to celebrate your vulnerability and honor it rather than stump it out. Expressing emotional release and tenderness. It allows you to be you. You just do not sit in front of this technology you experience it to its fullest, accelerate healing and have fun doing it. It has been a huge experience for me to go through and be reminded We are here in a healing journey. This is obviously not a business for profit but a business for healing and community.
