I have been here now for 11 hours. Over the span of 2 months. I went from 3 days feeling lucky to not have a migraine out of a full month to 3 migraine days in 2 months; that could have contributed to being a hormonal migraine too. But it is a huge lifesaver. I have been taking my 3 yo grandson to Relax N Recharge since it opened. My grandson does not speak or walk. I wanted to use the EE system to help his brain rewire itself so that he could work around some brain damage. We go every weekend on Sunday afternoons and since attending I can say he is more aware of his surroundings, more mobile and more interactive his balance is better and his attention span is longer. My grandson is going thru his second Constraint Therapy session, 3 weeks 24/7 of having a cast on his working arm and hand, this encourages his non working side to work and it is exhausting and difficult for him. The therapists said that since last year his mobility on his damaged side is remarkablely better. I believe EE system has been a big part of his improvement.

When I got home, I was starving. I’m not sure if that’s part of the energy working through my system. I felt very tired towards the evening and couldn’t last more than 15 minutes in the bath before I went to bed. This morning I power walked 1.5 miles and ran 1.5 miles without stopping . I'm 80, have severe COPD & am on oxygen 24/7, high blood pressure, swollen ankles & legs due to poor circulation, and hypothyroidism. I began going to the center 5 weeks ago. Within the first week, my blood pressure normalized & has been stable ever since. I was able to lay back fully after 5 weeks while in the chambers (with COPD, this is not possible). Swelling and redness in my legs & ankles is decreasing, my anxiety attacks are becoming less common and I feel so energized after an hour or so in the chambers. I went for my first EE session on April 25th. It was such a relaxing experience! I admit, at first I felt a little disoriented by the screens. I also sensed a bit of grief for my self, almost as if my energy and body knew that this was needed, but I’d not been spending enough time on self-care. Once I settled in the reclining chair with my meditation music, eye pillow infused with essential oils, and blanket, I felt very relaxed. I meditated and napped, and I felt like I was weightless and floating. After about 45 minutes (time went by so fast!), I felt inspiration to journal, with much mental clarity and innovative ideas! I noticed that my chronic neck pain had lessened significantly. At the end of the hour and 45 minute session, I felt so refreshed and truly nourished, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I’m so glad this is available to our little corner of the world in RI!

My experience was that I fell asleep almost immediately after I sat down in a very comfortable chair.
