OVERVIEW

Assists UNIFYD Healing operations by organizing, managing, and contributing to marketing efforts. This position is perfect for an individual who is extremely organized, has a high attention to detail, enjoys applying their creativity to projects, and wants to help make a difference by spreading the word of this amazing technology through digital means.

This position will start out as a part-time, however, has potential to quickly grow to a full-time position once workload and quality of work is assessed.

DUTIES

  1. Creating newsletters

  2. Managing video and graphic assets (such as reels and trailers)

  3. Forwards assets ready for social media to the Social Media Manager to post

  4. Ordering assets as required through contractors

  5. Create basic graphics for newsletters

  6. Create video content (such as basic reels, stories, etc.) using ready-made and self-made templates

  7. Managing testimonial submissions

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Extremely organized

  • High attention to detail

  • Creative and able to come up with ideas themselves without guidance

  • Learns quickly and can adapt to a quickly growing work environment

  • Able to work independently and complete tasks on time

  • Great communication skills

  • Has a high-end computer with high-speed internet capable of multi-tasking and graphic/video editing

EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED)

  • 1-2 years of basic marketing

  • 1-2 years of administrative/data-entry

  • Experience with copyrighting

  • Experience with graphic design and video editing

  • Experience with Klaviyo
