For many years, I have been suffering debilitating migraine headaches, which would leave me unable to function for day or months on end. As part of my treatment, I have been using the EES Lounge at Omni Wellness. I go regularly, once or twice a week.
Sally and her team are wonderful hosts and cater for your treatment needs. The lounge is clean, tidy. and a combination of beds and reclining chairs. I fall into deep meditation, each visit and come out feeling enhanced with energy. Tina and the Zenrji Wellness Centre have been pivotal in supporting me and my overall wellness journey after being diagnosed with a number of diseases in a short space of time that I was struggling to come to terms with. I needed help to get my body back into some state of balance, reduce inflammation and balance my hormones. I noticed a huge difference even after my first 4-hour session. I have since become a regular member and carry out a range of sessions from 2-hours through to overnight stays. Tina is extremely knowledgeable and supports without judgement. After following UNIFYD Healing for some time I was keen to give the EES a go to support me and my wife’s healing journey. So far, we’ve attended several afternoon sessions and an overnight stay. In this time, I’ve experienced an increase in my daily energy, however the greatest benefit has been the reduction in brain fog and a greater clarity in my thought process, which has been incredible on so many levels but mostly as my anxieties have completely disappeared. I’ve been to this centre a few times now as it is so good. The first time, my vision visible improved and I did not need to wear glasses and my knee pain reduced. The other times the back pain just disappeared. I feel so lucky to have a centre close to home as there is a wonderful community sense and Tina makes everyone feel at home.

I have been enjoying the Healing of the light system and center at Homeostasis Gardens for the past year and recently experienced a newly added Somatic Breathing session! A very different yet successful healing modality.
